Amotekun Arrests Two for Grave Desecration and Human Head Theft in Saki

Amotekun, the state security network agency, apprehended two individuals on Tuesday in connection with the desecration of a grave and theft of a fresh human head from a graveyard in Saki, Oyo State, as Oke-Ogun Gazette gathered.

Saki, located in the Oke-Ogun geo-political zone of the state, witnessed the arrest. According to information gathered, one suspect visited the graveyard on Monday evening, where he dug up the newly buried deceased’s grave and removed the head.

The person who assigned him the task has also been taken into custody. Both suspects reside in Oba Abimbola layout, off Ogboro Road, Saki, as revealed by a source in the town.

Amotekun, led by State Commandant Col. Olayinka Olayanju (rtd), confirmed the arrests, stating, “It is true. Yes, it is true,” during a telephone conversation with journalists on Wednesday.
